Really like this dog field. It’s a good size and has a small wooded area too. Perfectly secure and a double gate system so you drive your car in and shut the gate behind you and you can let your dogs out without worry before you head into the field. It has fantastic views over the Didcot area and Wittenham Clumps on nice days and a wooden shelter for rainy days. It would be great if the water supply to the trough that’s been disconnected could be reinstated with an outside tap as I had no water except for the dregs left in a bowl and last time I was here there was a water trough so didn’t think to bring any.

A great space for off lead exercise within a secure area that they enjoy coming to.

It was my first time using this field. And it was brilliant very clean and tidy and both my whippets loved it. I will definitely be going again.

I went to the dog field for the first time today, beautiful setting and found it very interesting for the pooch, with the trees and walkway through, we had fun, plenty of seats, will definitely go again

Used for the first time today, with our 6 month old Cockerpoo. Excellent facilities. Cooper loved it and so did we. Will definitely visit again soon.

Beautiful location with amazing views – very clean field – easy to get to, with trees to explore and large grass area – my puppy loved it. We will be back very soon!!

Easy to find,Very secure dog field, Luna & Poppy had a playful hour within the field, lots of sniffing done.It was great to have them off the leads to be able to play together knowing that there isn’t going to be another dog around.Benches in the field was a bonus plus the use of the shed if there was a weather change. Our visit was a dry afternoon enjoyed by us all..Loved the double gated area .Would highly recommend.

I’ve been using this field for a while now. It’s by far my favourite of the MANY fields I’ve used. I book it most weeks. Love the space for dogs to run, and the area with trees. And of course the tyre!
I’ve been there in all weather’s so the option to stand inside is great!
Booking is easy.
Field is always in great condition.
The double gate gives me peace of mind with letting out a dog.
I’d be lost without this space!!

This is a great space for me to run my Rottweiler as when he goes to Parks people tut tut at him off leash and running. Here he can run to his hearts content. I love the bench and table and the wee hut in case it rains. And not forgetting the view. Such a brill place for our dogs.
If you fancy adding in some obstacle type things goi g forward it would make it beyond perfect.

Today was our first time at the dog field. Our dogs had a great time and a bonus it was sunny and dry.

Dogs loved the open space. The views were beautiful. Would love a bench at the top of the field to sit and take in the views. Fresh clean water would be good for the dogs to drink as they were not keen on the stagnant water in the trough. Will definitely make this a regular jaunt

A fabulous field with stunning views! This was a great space for our 6-month-old puppy to have the freedom to run and for us to get some get training practise in!

A friend invited me and my boy to go with her, what a lovely field and stunning views. The dogs were safe and loved the freedom (I loved not having to watch for others dogs) my boy loved the wooded area. Love the benches we’ve been back several times in the last two weeks. I found this lovely field a few months ago. Its just perfect for dogs to run free and for us dog Parents not to worry about them. The view is exceptional. I love sitting there just taking it in.
Today I came and forgot pooh bags (I know useless I am), but low and behold you had left some in the building on the field. Bravo field owners Bravo!!!
I love the bench and the new added bench and to have the outbuilding if it rains is just perfect. All it needs now is a coffee shop :).

We took our 3 rescue dogs, they had the best time. Running, catching, sniffing, what more could a dog want on a warm evening. As well as the large grass area there is an interesting corner, of small trees, bushes, wild flowers, with paths through so when need a little rest from running. Lovely that there are benches, and a hut for the humans that have come along.

Great area for getting in and out of your car safely, gate at each end of the car park to keep the dogs enclosed just in case.

This was our first time at the West Hagbourne Dog Field.
The three dogs had the best time off lead and it was lovely to watch them run, explore and play in a safe enclosed area.
We will definitely be back & would highly recommend to all dogs owners ????????????

First time we have used Hagbourne Dog park – SOO easy to find, Love the double gate so you don’t have to worry about getting the lead back on to clean them off or about the other visitors waiting – Great time for dogs to learn to meet and greet new dogs without us or them worrying (as there is a fence between them)

My dog is a rescue so she is still learning to trust me fully -so a place like this were she can be off the lead, do recall training and we just have fun is great!

The Views are stunning, So nice to just relax and take it in. Plenty of room to throw the ball and wander about – the Hut came in very useful when the hail shower decided to hit this weekend!

Loved the wooded bit – shame it isn’t bigger but lots of smells for her to enjoy.

Already booked for Good Friday

First visit today, we have just adopted a rescue dog and this is a perfect place to work on her training as well as for her to have fun and burn off some energy. Would highly recommend and have already booked to go again.

We have been going here for quite a while, it is great, Marley, our labradoodle, reckons it’s the best field around, and we love the views, brilliant

It was our first visit today and all I can say is thank you. Ben had a super fun filled time, he would have stayed the rest of the day if he could just running free, I now have a shattered dog ????.

The dogs start barking as soon as we turn down the lane they got to know where they going!

We booked an hour so our dog and his sister could have a play date where we didn’t have to worry about them running off and getting lost… they absolutely loved the freedom and all the smells! Was a lovely to see the two of them playing together with no worry as our boys sister doesn’t get out as much and she is very nervous of other dogs but she completely relaxed and enjoyed running around with her brother. Lovely location and great safe parking area. Thank you for helping create beautiful memories and some stunning photo opportunities!

We took on a rescue dog yesterday to join the one we already have and thought we would visit the field today. Both dogs enjoyed rushing around together then snuffling around in the wood. The views are fantastic and the horses an added treat.

I took my dog to this dog field for the first time today and he loved it. Its really good. The instructions of use were clear and I now have a very tired little doggy now.
I will definitely be booking again

I used the field today for the first time with my two very lively cocker spaniels. It was a pleasure to let them off the lead knowing they were completely safe and could explore the field and the little wooded area without me worrying they were running away.

Lovely shelter in case it rains – poo bags if you forget your own – just fantastic.

Really peaceful and great views over Didcot.

Will definitely use again.

Had a lovely hour with the grandkids and their puppy! Perfect safe place for a spot of recall training! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone with a canine friend!

Paddy didn’t stop running and sniffing and I could relax knowing he was safe, I didn’t know this existed until yesterday when it was recommended by another dog walker, we will definitely book again, thank you!

What a find.
Other than having a lovely view, shelter if needed, poop bags and a bin, our four footer had an amazing time.
No other dogs to bother her, she didn’t stop running
Small copse area adds a different dimension to sniffing smells.
Had to change my booking time very last minute and Louise replied quickly and was extremely accommodating .

This was great for our 6 month old to have a proper run around, do some training and explore safely. All very clean and well maintained.

 First visit this afternoon and even though it was cold, windy and drizzling we had a brilliant time. Our 3 rescue dogs had a wonderful rampage and investigation of the copse, 2 are dog reactive and one of these has little recall so it was wonderful for them to be able to enjoy themselves with no strange dogs about. It was safe, lovely views and very peaceful, despite being close to the A34. We’ll definitely be back.

Hagbourne Dog Field is really lovely (I did see it at its very best, in blue sky and sunshine). It is interesting for dogs because it is not just a field, it has a little copse in it. The views are great and even though the A34 is very close, the feeling is peaceful. My greyhound, Seamus, did some mad running and lots of sniffing and I felt very happy there. Don’t forget your glasses, you need them to put in the right numbers on the padlock.

Lovely field which was great for our dog to play and explore. Louise was really quick at replying and very helpful. Will be returning soon!

Bought our two boys here today for the first time, they had a blast, running, sniffing around and chasing each other, throughly worn them out, a well kept secure enclosure, we’ll be back for sure!!

We’re dog-sitting and the field is perfect to let him run-around in safety. There’s a great view, a little wood for ferreting about, water for the dog and a bench for the humans. Louise is helpful and efficient, and responds to questions really quickly (even after 6pm on the day of your visit). Highly recommended.

We had the most lovely evening at the paddock tonight, our three boys zoomed, sniffed, explored every single corner of the field!

The water trough is so handy to have and I also really appreciate the secure parking area. A super clean, well kept safe space in the most lovely location.

Our first visit to the field today & we had a great time. Lovely peaceful location, clean, secure and the dogs loved sniffing in the shelter and the tyre. They also enjoyed the longer grass, tree area and dunking their noses in the trough. Lovely to watch the Red Kites flying above too.

This is right on our doorstep and we usually come here a couple of times a week. We’re still working on getting our recall 100% and it’s great to have somewhere secure to let our dog run after a ball, chase the birds and butterflies and to also do a bit of training. The facilities are excellent with a double gated parking area, water, picnic bench, shady wooded area to explore and a shelter in case it rains. Poo bags and a bin is also provided, which is perfect. Our dog loves it here and with such a stunning view, so do I!

1st visit this evening with our girls, who both loved it and are now fast asleep. Having a husky with typical of the breed zero recall it great to have a secure field close to home.
Our staffy loves it too, mostly pulling the husky about 🤣

Very good secure dog field. Our cocker spaniel exhausted himself chasing the red kites.

Slightly difficult to find on first visit. Sat nav took us to the closed Chilton Road. Google Maps located it exactly.

We will be using the field again as it’s so convenient for us to get to.

First time at the field. Our pup loved it especially the more wooded area as she loves to explore and sniff.
I was slightly put out that the people before us had not picked up after their dog in between the two gates. I didn’t spot it until we were leaving and had to unlock the gate to put it in the bin.

We’re so pleased to have this on our doorstep. The secure entrance and fence is perfect and the paddock is well equipped with picnic table, shelter and water (don’t forget a bowl). Our two loved sniffing around the bushes and the view is pretty awesome too! We’d love to be able to bring more friends here
