Field Rules
By making a booking for Hagbourne Dog Field, you acknowledge that you agree to the field rules below:
- Please DO NOT arrive more than 5 minutes before your allocated time slot (which is 55 minutes) to minimize traffic and allow the previous customers to vacate the site. Please wait in your car until the field is available.
- All dogs must be up to date with their vaccinations for leptospirosis, parvovirus, distemper and hepatitis. Please have a copy of certificates with you. Your dogs must be wormed regularly and treated for fleas and ticks.
- Please do not bring your dog if they are unwell. If your dogs have been unwell in any way, before, during or after using the field, or suffering from a virus eg kennel cough, please inform Louise 07775428047 as soon as possible.
- At your time slot, you may open the first gate, drive into the parking space, and close the gate behind you. It will then be safe to let dogs out of your vehicle before entering through the padlocked gate into the field. The code for the gate is included on the booking confirmation email. If you did not receive your booking confirmation email then please contact us.
- If you arrive late for your slot, you must still leave on time.
- Strictly ONE vehicle allowed per booking.
- If the customer before you is late leaving the field, please contact Louise on 07775 428047.
- There is a limit of 3 dogs in the field. For your own safety, don’t bring dogs to the field that you don’t know.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that noise nuisance is kept to an acceptable level while using the field. There is a horse paddock directly beside the dog field, we would not want them to become distressed.
- Please be ready to leave at the end of your allocated time (5 minutes to the hour) to minimize disruption for the next customers arrival. Failure to do so could result in cancellation of future bookings.
- When leaving the field please ensure you close the gate and padlock securely before putting your dogs in your vehicle. Please ensure both gates are closed before you leave, ready for the next customer.
- Please clear up after your dog and dispose of the bagged poo into the bin provided in the field. If you do not clean up after your dog, this could result in you being banned from any future use of the field.
- Please take all rubbish with you. There are no rubbish bins on site. Dog toys/balls must be removed if brought on to site, even if broken.
