Book Hagbourne Dog Field, Near Didcot

Booking Conditions

Bookings for Hagbourne Dog Field taken online below and are limited to one booking per time slot giving you exclusive use of the field for the hire period.
Bookings are for 55 minutes with an allowance of 5 minutes in between customers for switch over.
The booking is personal to the customer making the booking and may not be transferred or sublet.
Strictly only ONE vehicle allowed per booking.
By making a booking you confirm that you have read and accepted our Field Rules and Privacy Policy.
Successful booking and receipt of payment will be displayed on the screen and you should also receive a confirmation email (please ensure you enter your correct email address and check spam folders if not received in your inbox). The confirmation email will include a gate access code.
By making the booking you grant Hagbourne Dog Field permission to send text and email reminders regarding your booking.
Cancellations to bookings must be made 24 hours in advance of the start of hire period to qualify for a refund or change of date/time.
Hagbourne Dog Field reserve the right to cancel any booking at any time, whereupon you will be notified of the cancellation and a full refund will be issued.
Card payments are processed through Stripe with card details entered directly onto Stripe’s secure servers from within this website. Hagbourne Dog Field does not have access to and does not store card details.
